Architecture and rapid prototyping of process management tool for AOL Time-Warner.

The album release branch of AOL Time-Warner brings artists and their talents to the public. The system for producing a single release from start to finish has had a very organic development. As a result the need arose for a consistent, overlaying management tool enabling all parties easy communication and process tracking. The Project Portal prototype effort was put into place to capture common needs and the flow of the release timeline. It was accomplished in a live venue by rapid prototyping during an interview process of the various parties of potential users.
